KEEPING OUR CUSTOMERS SAFE

In line with new Government guidelines, although we are still able to remain open, we will have to make some changes to how we work. We want to assure both our customers and employees that they are safe with us.

Primarily, in line with Government advice, we have issued staggered booking times where each table will have an allocated time slot of 1hr 30mins. We will be providing disposable menus, disposable napkins and sanitizer on each table.

We are limiting the contact between you and our waiting staff as much as possible throughout this time, but we will try our best to ensure that you still receive the friendly and efficient service you have come to know and love here at Zeera.

All tables must be booked in advance as we need to limit the number of guests in the restaurant at any one time.

Please call us on 0191 456 1811 to book your table. Our opening hours are 5.30pm – 12am every night. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Please don’t visit us if you or any of your party are displaying symptoms of COVID to ensure that we are all kept safe.

If you are not quite comfortable dining out yet we still have our collection service available via the Zeera app and website – order via our website for 20% off!

Or why not create Zeera in your own home with our fantastically popular DIY Curry Kit for £29.95 for a unique dine at home experience for 2 people?

Keep an eye on our social media pages for regular updates, offers and our brand-new menu COMING SOON!

HELPING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY

ZEERA TRUST INITIATIVE

At Zeera, community is at the heart of everything we do. It’s thanks to our wonderful South Tyneside community that we are here, doing what we love, so we like to give back as much as we can. We have teamed up with local charity, Hebburn Helps, to provide meals to vulnerable families, children and the elderly in the region, and to provide school meals to the less fortunate throughout the school closures.

We also like to deliver food parcels to our local South Tyneside Hospital, to give a little to the people who give a lot, and prior to COVID-19, we regularly held charity nights at Zeera, to raise money for local charities that are close to our heart and our home. Because of our work in the community we are proud to have received recognition from South Tyneside Council and have been given both their #ProudToSupport and #LoveSouthTyneside accolades.
